1. Powder Premix Line (500 kg Batch Capacity)
The Powder Premix Line is dedicated to the production of high-quality nutritional and feed supplement premixes for poultry, livestock, and aqua species.
Key Equipment & Processes
- Raw Material Handling:
Equipped with hoppers, bins, and containers for carriers and minerals, supported by bench and micro-balance weighing systems for accurate batching.
- Grinding & Pulverizing:
Hammer or pin mills (capacity ~500 kg/hr) are used for coarse ingredients to ensure uniform particle size.
- Mixing & Blending:
Ribbon or paddle blenders with a 750–1,000 kg working capacity provide homogeneous mixing for 500 kg batches.
- Sifting & Screening:

Semi-automatic bagging systems for 25–50 kg or smaller packs, equipped with heat sealers or stitching machines.

2. Liquid Premix Line (500 ltr Batch Capacity)
The Liquid Premix Line produces premium liquid veterinary formulations, such as herbal tonics, vitamin supplements, and liquid disinfectants.

- Raw Material Storage & Dosing:
SS 304/316-grade storage tanks for oils, syrups, and extracts, equipped with drum and transfer pumps.
- Mixing Vessel:
SS 316 jacketed tanks (600–800 L capacity) with agitators or anchor-type mixers. Optional high-shear homogenizers are used for emulsions or suspensions.
- Filtration:
Inline or cartridge filters (5–50 micron) ensure removal of undissolved particles.
- Intermediate Storage:
Stainless steel buffer tanks (500–1,000 L) maintain batch integrity before filling.
- Packaging (Liquid):
Semi-automatic filling machines for 100 ml–5 L bottles or larger jerry cans, followed by capping, sealing, and labeling.
- CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) System:
Automated cleaning of tanks, pipelines, and pumps between production cycles to maintain hygiene and product purity.
